Phone Orders
To place a phone order, call 1-866-438-5655. You may place your order using a credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Customer service hours: 9am – 3:00pm (PST)

Billing Information
All items will be billed in United States currency. JMTek accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.
JMTek is not responsible for any import taxes, duties or custom brokerage fees, when shipping outside of the United States.

Shipping Information
Orders received will be shipped the following business day, excluding holidays.
Please note: Orders placed on Friday for overnight delivery will not be delivered until the following business day.

Return Policy
Products subject to return policy:

Products not referenced above and/or on clearance sale will only carry FINAL SALE offer. Returns or refunds are not available on such products.
To return items purchased from USBMall.com, you must email
sales@usbmall.com within fourteen 14 days from the invoice date (same as ship date) for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

No refunds or exchanges are allowed after 14 days. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt, invoice or packing slip. No refunds on Closeouts Items.

RMA numbers are valid for seven 7 days from date of issuance. Returns should be shipped to the address given by the Customer Service Support along with the RMA number. The RMA number must appear on your return packing label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

How do I qualify for FREE  Shipping?
  1. Add the appropriate amount of eligible USBMall.com products into your shopping cart* If a product  is marked with FREE SHIPPING, that product is eligible for FREE Shipping.
  2. Proceed to checkout and select  FREE Shipping as your shipping  method (items will take an additional 3-5 days to ship).

    Tracking information may be delayed 48-72 hours after shipment date.

  • *If you qualify for FREE Shipping but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you’ll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.
  • Our FREE  Shipping offer is currently limited to "In Stock" items only.
  • FREE  Shipping excludes certain oversized items and those products that do not include the mark "FREE SHIPPING"
  • FREE  Shipping is not available for International orders or shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Please note: Some special product, order, or handling fees may still apply. FREE Shipping does not apply to products with surcharges.
  • You will not receive FREE  Shipping on your order for items identified by  the mark "FREE SHIPPING"  if any eligible products are cancelled.
